1. Name of Competition.

Opens Sunday 1st May 2016 at 9am AEST
Closes Sunday 10th September 2016 at 11pm AEST
You must submit your photographs via the entry form no later than 11pm AEST 1st September 2016
4. Who can enter
The competition is open to everyone.
The competition has six categories; Black & White, Portrait, Landscape, Urban, Water and Still Life. We ask you take a photo what you consider to be the best photo that depicts your chosen category. The photo must be a still photograph. No sound or video is to accompany the photograph.
6. How to Enter
To enter the Competition, each entrant must;
(i) Go to www.blow-up.com.au; and
(ii) Upload the photos as instructed, and enter all details requested on the entry form.
You must submit your entry by Sunday 10th September 2016 at 11pm AEST (iii) Entrants may enter the Competition multiple times.
1. You must include a completed entry form indicating your agreement with the terms and conditions. The competition entry form is located on the website www.blow-up.com.au.
2. Your photograph must be submitted as a digital image (JPG preferred) and should be no larger than 2MB. Blow Up reserves the right at any time to disqualify any individual who the Blow Up reasonably believes has breached any of the terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
7. Pricing and Payment
In consideration of the right to enter Blow Up, Entrant shall pay to Blow Up the price (hereafter known as the ‘Price’) for each photo entry as indicated on www.blow-up.com.au

All Prices are in AUD and are expressed with GST.
Prices indicated are fix prices and are not negotiable.
Blow Up reserves the right to, and Entrants acknowledges and agrees, that Blow Up may modify Prices associated with the Competition at any moment and without notice.
Blow Up shall not be liable to you, or to any third party, for any damages, costs, expenses or other liabilities related to any modification of these Terms and Conditions or Price change.
All payments made to Blow Up in connection with the Photo Competition are non-refundable and Blow Up does not offer and is not required to provide, any refunds or credits. There is no circumstance in which Client will be entitled to, or Blow Up is required to provide, a refund or credit.
If Paypal does not accept any credit card payment, Blow Up will not execute an entry.
Photos must be the entrants own work. Do not infringe intellectual property rights of others by submitting or reproduce images of current works/photograph. Copyright of the image remains with the photographer.
9. Judging and Announcements of winners.
All photos submitted will be judged on their creativity and their depiction of the chosen category. The photos will be judged by our panel of professional photographers. A selection of entry photos and names will be able to be viewed on the website www.blow-up.com.au and social media sites connected to Blow Up from The individual whose name is placed on the online entry form will be issued the prize. If the prize is not claimed by 31st October 2015, the photograph with the second highest score in the judging will be deemed the winner. Decisions of the judges are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Announcements of winners
Winners will be contacted via email and have their names published on www.blow-up.com.au and social media sites connected to Blow Up.
There will be one (1) overall winner and five (5) category winners. The prize for the overall winner is a profile in the Blow Up Print Book plus extra prizes and promotion. Details to be confirmed and are subject to change at any time. The category prize winner for each 5 categories will receive a profile in the Blow Up Print Book. Print book profiles are not negotiable and each winner may be asked to supply more photographs for their profile. The final amount of pages, copy and photographs used in the print book will be decided by Blow Up and is non negotiable. The winners name that is placed on the online entry form will be printed in the print book. The print book will be produced and released within 6 months of the competition closing. The Overall Prize Winner is responsible for all costs associated with using the prize. The prizes are not negotiable and are not redeemable for cash.
11. Use of entrance works & Use of Information

Entry into this competition, and the supply of information, is wholly voluntary. You may even chose to submit an anonymous entry. However, prizes will only be awarded if the identity of the entrant is clear.

Each entrant agrees that Blow Up may use this information and/or image in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without payment or other compensation to the entrant.
Information about the competition will be collected by Blow Up and stored in Surry Hills, Sydney, NSW.
To the extent permitted by the law, Blow Up will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or inconsequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the competition or accepting or using any prize.
If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoter’s conduct of the Competition or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prizes to the Prize Winner of the Competition, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions or select another winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
